DMT’s latest offering

For those of you who are often fascinated by new technological business concepts, you’ll be pleased to know that Dukebox Mobile Technologies (DMT) has created a geo-location advertising platform for convenience, entertainment and tool to find the best discounted places of liquor stores, bars, chill spots, etc.

DMT is a technology software company focused on emerging and innovative start-ups initiatives. The company has four subdivisions of mobile development platforms.

This new service which they are offering has been branded and given the name – Where2be. You can visit their site on or check them out on Facebook and Instagram.

DMT is also planning to launch a mobile App soon, which will provide convenience and discounts for all its users. The app will have options for its users to buy and opt for a pickup or delivery or even book a table at any liquor outlet of their preferred choice. Evidently enough, the ultimate goal of DMT is to be the most trusted and used single hub or portal for most revellers in the country.

As a responsible brand they plan to partner with the likes of like ArriveAlive, MensClinic, Siyayinqoba (AIDS Awareness) and the Cancer Association, in order to broaden their business scope. When asked as to who their main target market is, this is what their brand manager, Nhlakanipho had to say:

There is no specific target market at this stage. We just enjoy doing wine and brandy tasting functions, bars happy hours, Kasi LifeStyle Shisanyamas, etc.

The Where2be service will work best for those who are new in a City or Town (anywhere in the world), and busy trying to find the nearest best available places for entertainment and meeting people of similar interests during their spare time away from the hustle and bustle of the workplace.

We further went on to ask Nhlakanipho what his message is to other entrepreneurs, hustlers and black owned businesses. He said, “research and more research. Know your product back to front. Know your competition, stick to the plan and be ready to innovate.”
